Supporting Sexual Health Week 2026

LET’S CONNECT

At a time when the world is at our fingertips, why are so many people feeling detached from both each other and themselves?

As we increasingly prioritise our ‘networks’ and ‘contacts’, many of us find it harder to make the meaningful connections that truly enrich our lives. That’s why, for Sexual Health Week 2026: Let’s Connect, Brook are championing human connection across platonic, romantic and sexual relationships.

Throughout the week, Brook will explore how to build and sustain authentic relationships in an era of ghosting and endless scrolling. Brook examine what it means to feel connected to our own bodies, emotions and needs discussing the importance of community in tackling stigma, abuse and health inequalities.

Join Brook as they share expert insights, lived experiences and practical advice to help people strengthen communication in relationships, reconnect with themselves to support their well-being, and foster a greater sense of belonging in an increasingly individualised world.

For Sexual Health Week 2026: The campaign aims will examine why many feel increasingly detached from themselves and others and raise awareness of how strong communities can help fight stigma.

Join Brook on 14th – 20th September for expert insights, lived experiences and practical advice on building meaningful connections and creating spaces where people can feel listened to
and supported.
